This surgery is absolutely brilliant. The whole staff are a credit to the surgery. IV just been in this morning and had a great chat with Diane, such a lovely person. How anyone can fault this surgery is beyond me, they should be awarded for their time and effort they deliver to each patient. 5* all round.
Doubtlessly this is the best GP I’ve ever experienced. The staff are incredibly helpful. They are putting patients first and don’t bother with bureaucracies and policies. They do whatever can be done to solve the issue. Additionally they are very kind with smiling face always. Thank you all guys. Please keep up good work.
Dont deserve a star but have to highlighy so i can do my review. No longer at this shambles of a practice as moved away and with a far better doctors! Told Asthma nurse i wasnt feeling great during my review, coughing up yellow, green and brown phlegm, wheezing and cracking. She just sat there and said "its perfectly normal for people with Asthma to cough up that sort of phlegm, you are fine" .... didnt even listen to my chest or anything like she is meant to do! 2 months later i moved and registered at a new doctors in Preston when i was still not feeling well and coughing up more phlegm. Got an appointment with new doctors, antibiotics prescribed and chest xray sorted for same day .... oh look at that a massive infection in my right lung!!! My doctors are appauled of your services!!! Took 4 courses of Amoxacillin to clear it ... thats literally an entire month because YOU made it far worse by leaving me with an infection!! Also a doctor didnt even send my sons refferal off to be tested for adhd and autism!!! A nurse at my new practice is also appauled as been waiting over 3 years and hadnt heard anything, reception refused to give me the contact number to the assessment centre which then raised concerns that has been confirmed by my new nurse that the doctor at your practice didnt even do!!!!! Got the ref done now and will be seen by Right To Choose within 5 months or less. Horrible practice, full of neglect, lazy doctors and nurses who dont want to do their jobs properly, leave you with infections cause they think having infections is "normal". Honestly avoid at all costs!! Place wants shutting down and yes i am having this forwarded for investigations.
