After trying a couple other local pest control companies who failed to address the root cause of the issue and only applied superficial treatments (at a very high cost, too), I've used Indigo to carry out a rat survey and then a rat infestation treatment at my property. The level of service I got from both Alex and Matthew was outstanding. They were extremely knowledgable, patient in explaining everything to me, and excellent at keeping me updated - via email, phone, and through detailed written reports with photos. At all times the cost for the services was transparent and the pricing was fair and competitive. I highly recommend this company!

We have a drain fly situation which was getting out of control honestly. Matthew arrived on time and well equipped. He took his time investigating properly to identify the leak and checking all ports, even identifying other things missed by previous pest control individuals. Really appreciated his knowledge, genuine nature, consideration even in terms of shoe covers- he goes above and beyond! Thank you.

I rang Indigo when I spotted a mouse in my front room. Matthew was able to come round the next day to have a look. He found two holes in the floorboard - he set some traps and and returned 2 weeks later. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing, courteous and very respectable of my home. He has filled the holes and fingers crossed the issue is resolved. Alex was also great in arranging everything behind the scenes. I hope I don't have to, but if need be I would use them again.
