Infinite Rentals Property Management

We've had the pleasure of working with Rick as our property manager for 12 years. Our house has been well taken care of. He's done a great job finding tenenants who pay. He does his job and he does it well. We get our rent, we have our house occupied at a high rate, and the property is cared for. He doesn't play around with renters who don't pay which is probably why there is negative feedback from the renters. Thank you Rick and his staff!

I really can't say enough good things about this company. Not only are they a great property managment company their response time is amazing. I own a house (my ex wife lives in) and rent a home from here. When something broke at my home it took me days to get a company out to fix the issue. While renting this home most issues have been fixed same day and often times the repair tech is waiting on me when I pull up. I would highly recommend this company to anyone trying to rent or in need of a great property managment company to manage their rentals.

Was great until the mom passed it down to the son. My house was trashed by renter but they sent me the bill. My new appliances were replaced with old ones. I paid for carpet that was not installed. My new central ac and heat was swapped out!!!! I was military living 16 hours away and trusted this company to do the right thing. My neighbors witnessed everything but did not know how to contact me until it was too late!
