The experience started off great when the tech showed up quickly, and it was all down hill from there. My outside Keypad was not working anymore, so we wanted to have it repaired or replaced. I was informed by the tech that he was not able to do either and would need to replace the entire system in order for it to work. He also said my current opener was outdated and loud, and the new one would be much quieter. I decided to upgrade based on his recommendations, and it still sounds the same. Not to mention it has less functionality (lights, phone app etc). He also DID NOT replace the sensors. I reached out to speak with the Ben after the installation (1hr later) to discuss my dissatisfaction, and was told he would call me back. It took 5 days for him to call me back, and he told me that I would have to pay for installation again if I wanted a better product. I also informed him about the sensors not being replaced, and he assured me the tech would be back out to get it taken care of. This took over 3 months, and when the tech finally came he left the old equipment on the ground. The outside keypad mysteriously stopped working after the sensors were replaced, so I asked Ben how to reprogram that as well. Haven’t heard back from him in over 2 weeks. My personal experience as not good, and Absolutely would not recommend them to anyone!

I got an appointment for the next morning and the technician came right on time. He identified the problems with the garage door right away and repaired it promptly. He also made some recommendations for future maintainance. He was professional and courteous. I'm super happy with the service.

Infinity Garage Door did an excellent job repairing the commercial garage door for my automotive shop. With a full schedule and very little notice they made time to get my door shut before my business closed and were able to make repairs the following morning so that we could get client cars in and out of the shop.

Ben saved us $700.00 as we didn’t have to buy a new opener system. He resolved all the issues with the key pad and remotes. Will definitely call him if we have issues with our other 3 properties.
