I had a wonderful experience at Infinity Salon! Stylist Julie did a fabulous job with my sisters hair so I wanted to give her a try after I ruined my hair. To save money, I attempted to box highlight my hair - twice! Did not turn out as I hoped and I had pretty brassy and almost solid roots. Not only did Julie correct my error, she gave me the best highlights I’ve ever had! She took the time to wash in sections to maximize my blonde without breakage. She nailed it and styled my hair beautifully to finish it off! Everyone in the salon was friendly too, a nice bonus! Already booked my next appointment. 10/10!

Kelsey did my hair for my wedding on October 4, 2025. She did such an amazing job, it was absolutely beautiful and held all night! She was so kind and fun to have in the room getting ready with everyone! I did a trial at the salon a few weeks before the wedding and the entire staff were so kind, and welcoming. I have never been in a hair salon with such an inviting, fun, kind atmosphere before. I highly recommend infinity hair salon!

Was in a wedding party and we all had our hair done here. My stylist (Michelle) was very nice and did a good job but ultimately by the time we walked down the aisle all of our hair styles were starting to fall including the bride!! For the price you pay I wish it would have held up better for at least the ceremony. In addition, the owner Nancy tried to tell the bride she booked more slots than she did and was pretty abrasive. The bride was surprised but believed her and so had to pay for the slots no one had. When looking back on emails it looked like she did confirm numbers and it was the owners mistake… Ultimately got our refund after calling but the owner wouldn’t accept any responsibility for the mistake or apologize - seems the same vibe from other posts here. Sad that happened bc it upset the bride in her big day first thing in the morning. Glad she honoured a refund though which is worth noting. All in all, would recommend going elsewhere for your bridal hair HOWEVER 10/10 would recommend getting your make up done still at the nottawasaga - she did a great job and it held up all night even through (happy) tears :)

This was my first time at Infinity and I was so impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Mish, Victoria, and the owner, Nancy, were so sweet and made me feel right at home. The entire staff was friendly and made you feel completely comfortable. Victoria did an amazing job with the hair wash—super relaxing and thorough. Mish toned down my blonde highlights perfectly and did an amazing job styling my hair. I have natural curls, and she’s the first person who’s been able to blow-dry and curl it perfectly from root to tip. She also trimmed just the right amount—unlike other places that tend to take off too much. I highly recommend Infinity and will definitely be returning as a regular!
