Lorie CattoNeeded a heat gun, some floor blades, and miscellaneous things. Spoke to no one until check out. Had trouble finding all I needed as NO floor staff anywhere to be seen. At checkout, the girl decided it'd be better to have myself and a gentleman behind me stand and wait 10 minutes before she'd come check us out. She wasn't doing anything precarious, just sweeping the floor, likely preparing for closing. So long and short of it, I found all I needed W/O help. Then, I proceeded to the cashier to wait for her to sweep as it was more important than customers waiting to pay. I'm not sure why she did this because we were both turned watching and waiting for her. I was always taught customers 1st always. So I have to presume she just wasn't having the best of days. Hopefully, her next shift is okay and doesn't make others wait as she did us.
