Charlie was amazing from start to finish. He helped us design the door and didn’t pressure us. He was polite and patient with a couple of old people. The door arrived exactly when he said it would and he installed it the very next day. His helper Alex was also top notch! We will never hesitate to call Ingstrup for service or recommend Ingstrup to family and friends.

This was my first time using any garage door service company, Ingstrup Garage Door was recommended by a coworker. The first call, was immediately pleasant and easy, they were able to get me on the schedule the same day. My technician was Charlie Dunneback, he was super easy to deal with, good conversation and then he explained what he was seeing with our door. An hour later and basically rebuilding the garage door assembly, he had everything working like butter. The moral of the story is never let your B.I L. help you install your garage door.
