The door arrived exactly when he said it would and he installed it the very next day. His helper Alex was also top notch! This was my first time using any garage door service company, Ingstrup Garage Door was recommended by a coworker. The first call, was immediately pleasant and easy, they were able to get me on the schedule the same day. My technician was Charlie Dunneback, he was super easy to deal with, good conversation and then he explained what he was seeing with our door. An hour later and basically rebuilding the garage door assembly, he had everything working like butter. The moral of the story is never let your B.I L. help you install your garage door. We contacted Ingstrup Garage Doors to replace a 43 year old 16 foot door on our garage. The ingstrup rep promptly came to our home and took measurements and presented us with many options. Once we made our choice we were informed of a timeline. Since we ordered windows it was going to take a little longer although it was still quicker than expected. On day of installation Alex, the technician, brought everything he needed and very quickly removed all the old hardware and replaced it with all new. I was impressed at his attention to detail and he did a fantastic job at putting up the new door. Alex was very thorough and made sure everything worked smoothly. We had a freak thunderstorm in the area that took out the power before he was able to make final adjustments to the opener. When our power was restored the next day I called and it was no trouble getting Alex to come back and finish. I appreciated the quality of work and the professionalism from Alex and will ask for him if there are any issues in the future.
