The best spa in Chicago. Beautiful! New! Very clean! The saunas and steam room are properly hot, just as they should be. Excellent service and attentive staff. I loved the herbal sauna!

I’ll be honest, I was hesitant to book because of some of the recent negative reviews, but I’m so glad I trusted my gut and came in. From the moment I walked through the doors, the atmosphere set the tone—calm, inviting, and beautifully maintained. Everything felt clean, organized, and relaxing, which immediately put me at ease. The real highlight of my visit was Leslie. She gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had—hands down. She has an incredible touch and really seemed to know exactly where to focus without me even needing to say much. Her technique was both therapeutic and deeply relaxing, and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. I walked out feeling lighter, refreshed, and honestly wishing I had booked an even longer session. I couldn’t find a single thing negative to say about this experience. Leslie is a gem, and the spa itself exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely recommend booking with her—you won’t be disappointed.

The 50-minute customized massage was next-level, and the 24K facial had my skin glowing like the Bean on a sunny day. Wrapped it up with lunch and a glass of bubbly by their stunning indoor pool—felt like royalty. If you're looking to treat yourself or celebrate something special, this place is a no-brainer.
