I’m coming up to my one year anniversary at my Bluestone building and I’m so impressed at howJaison and David and the maintenance staff professionally manage the property. Whenever I need assistance with something, they’re right there to help me. I would highly recommend Bluestone Properties to anyone who’s looking for a new apartment to call home.

I lived at 600 Proudfoot Lane for a little over 2 years. The building itself is beautiful. Always clean in the common areas, and concerns were dealt with great discretion. Our building management team, led by Thomas and Christine was amazing. They were always friendly and accommodating. I changed apartments about halfway through my time there. It was handled the best they could and even though I felt communication could have been better, I understand they aren’t in control of everything. They took the new apartment from a state of disarray and grime to a beautiful clean space, ready for us to move into. They took our safety very seriously and when issues arose with other tenants, they were handled quickly and discretely. I would recommend this building to my closest friends and family looking for a place to live.

I love living here! Building managers Deb and Wayne are AMAZING! The building is very well maintained and there is a management team that is responsive to tenant concerns. Gym and underground parking are an added bonus as are the large units here. Tenants are mostly longer term people and there is a sense of neighbourhood and community, in part, fostered with care from the building managers here.

If you enjoy ear piercing fire alarms with strobe lights going off at all hours of any given day - this is the place for you to live. The random and low quality fire alarm system of our building is exceptional!
