The girl Sierra who helped me was absolutely amazing! I came in totally lost with bleached ends and grown-out roots, wanting to go ginger with chunky highlights, and didn’t really know where to start and she walked me through everything step by step with so much like knowledge and patience. I left feeling confident and excited instead of overwhelmed—thank you!

The blue haired girl who work there left work late it seems and she pulled infront of me in the parking lot while i was trying to leave , she was leaning down probably dropped something down the seat, meanwhile i was waiting for her to move so i can drive away , when she saw me she cussed me out and left , that was so rude as i was polite and waited for her to drive away without even saying anything to her , just bad behavior.

Closed the store early after calling and speaking to someone. Online open to 9 and over phone open to 9. Will escalate to corporate and want worker reprimanded. I paid an Uber to bring me just to waste my time and money.

I’ll drive across town before I come to this Sally’s again. I went in the evening 30 minutes before closing on 9/28 and there were two girls working, one was perfectly sweet with green hair and the other was a short, possibly Hispanic girl with shaggy black hair and she was unabashedly watching me and another woman the entire time. I was restocking my gel nail supplies and the green haired girl had already helped me, as soon as I thanked her she went to the register, but the shaggy girl stood behind me and the other customer the entire time. She was leaning on the next aisle with her arms crossed and staring daggers at us. She was so close and it was so awkward that we both looked up at her multiple times. Finally I turned around and asked if everything was okay. She said “yes, just making sure you’re going to be okay”?? What could that possibly mean? She stood there for a while until we both just stepped away from her and both got in line. I decided just to buy what I couldn’t get anywhere else due to the time and just find the other items elsewhere. I complained to the cashier with green hair and the customer who was behind me agreed that this was uncomfortable and out of hand. I shop here once a week, I have an account, a Sally’s credit card, spend hundreds of dollars, and while I know shaggy couldn’t have known that, it’s ridiculous to be watched like a hawk for no reason whatsoever. My purse was a zippered saddlebag that sat on my back, I had no pockets or a bulky jacket to conceal anything. This girl was very young and probably hasn’t had much experience in any job setting to realize how ridiculous and embarrassing she was being, but please train your employees to have a little grace and treat shoppers with dignity.
