I’ve always had great experiences and purchases at this store in the past, but I’m very disappointed with my recent visit. I went in when they were doing an offer of 6 for $60. Walking out with what I assumed was my correct make-up purchase. I was sold a foundation and misinformed about my makeup that was not to my convenience. I went back the same day. The staff gave me the wrong product, and when I brought it up with Sylvia, the manager, I was met with attitude and rudeness. Telling me all sales were final, no refunds, and no exchanges unless if it was damaged/malfunction. Despite pointing out the mistake and going back and forth over this simple issue, I was still not being listened to, and I was in the end pressured into purchasing a foundation in the wrong shade. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I will not be coming back if they have this type of staff. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve their service and check their staff thoroughly.

Was my first time there yesterday and got the mystery bag for 50$ and everything inside were great products and I will use every product I received. Value was well over 50$! Very happy with my purchase and the person who helped me was very nice I wish I remembered her name

I had no idea this place even existed before stumbling upon it mid shoe hunt. Courtney was amazing. I hate buying makeup and she made the entire process enjoyable, like zero stress, and she made it fun. This Clinique lotion, is the same lotion I’ve been using for 18 years…$5.53 are you kidding me? I’m never going to the Macy’s/Dillard’s/Nordstrom counter stores for MAC or Clinique again.

This is the store I been waiting for ; I’m from Orlando FL and they have this company;now is here and I’m very excited; I drive long wait for get some cosmetic I need and few more people Behind me but 2 ladies are there and don’t let us shopping because they close at 7:00 😩 that’s not far hard working people are on the office at the time they open when we are working somebody listen 👂 this we like to shopping there.
