I began applying for jobs back in early May and was not having a lot of success getting interviews. Towards the end of May, I applied for an executive assistant position through ITS. I was contacted quickly by one of their recruiters, Ashley Hunt, and we chatted about my goals, strengths, benefits I was seeking, positions I had an interest in, etc. During our video call discussion, she brought up a position as a customer service representative that she thought would be a good opportunity based on my resume and what I was seeking in a new role. After submitting my resume to the company, Ashley contacted me about the company wanting to set up an interview. Kevin and Ashley were so helpful in helping me prepare for my interview and what to expect. I felt confident and prepared during my interview. Throughout the process, Ashley checked in to make sure all my questions were answered, asked for feedback on my experience, and was extremely accommodating. I was offered and accepted the customer service representative position and I would not have had this opportunity if it was not for Ashley and the ITS team. So far working with ITS has been great! Although job searching during a difficult time with a world pandemic at hand, Ashley made time to virtually meet with me. We went over my resume, experience, jobs that I was interested in and my future goals. I appreciated that she had taken that time and is really invested in helping me.
