Spent 3 1/2 hours in the outpatient room waiting to see the doctor (still waiting). Took X-rays without divulging critical diagnosis that was imperative to the procedure. “Please knock if you need assistance” (written on the door) is a scam, save your energy for walking out of this hospital. We can hear you in your chair on the other side of the door. The men’s room door would not lock and the stall had no knob to latch the door. Nothing like the fear of getting caught with your pants down. Make sure you wash your hands, the amount of dust and dirt in the room might make me visit another hospital before I even get to leave this one. I’m all for a teaching hospital but let’s teach good practices, not this Insight Hospital.

They were so friendly and calmed me down extremely. I was cared for and treated amazing. The government need to fix this Hospital seriously. They have great staff and doctors and nurses and radiology and the whole team in general were just great. From the time I checked into the emergency room until the time I left. Thank you guys. Especially my nurse Cindy and the doctor and the young lady who took my X-ray and the young man who had to do my ECG . Great job guys.

When a loved one is sick it’s already hard and stressful. The older lady at the front desk is very rude. I asked a question because this is my first time at this hospital. I was already given wrong information. So who’s to say she wasn’t telling me wrong information. So I asked were certain floors allowed different visiting hrs. The attitude I got was honestly for no reason. When I asked very nicely and made sure to not come off rude. Post the visiting hrs. That way no one is giving the wrong information. And u don’t have to ask her at the information desk. Cause apparently her job is not to give u information.

This hospital USED to be great. Doc and nurses WERE amazing.it has fallen off ALOT!!! Went to the ER for severe back pain and as i was going to the restroom i heard one of the ignorant staff members say oh she can wait her back just hurt. The medical field is not for people who has no empathy or compassion.
