The best! We've been with Inspect-All for several years and they always come through. Recently, we needed a mosquito re-spray after a heavy rain, the gave us an appointment 2-days out, which was fine given the season, but our guy came literally the next day to ensure we were back on track! They are truly the best, and they know me (I hate all of these bugs, but we have dogs) and optimize for our needs. I have recommended their services to others, who are also pleased! Don't hesitate try them out!

I want to share the horrible experience I had with this company for over SIX MONTHS ! ! ! I contacted them over six months ago because my tenant heard noises of squirrels coming from the attic, so I contacted this company to come and take care of this issue. For more than a few months they sent people to the property and no one manages to locate the entry points in a professional and orderly manner. Finally after a long period of time they sent me an email saying that they have taken care of the problem and that there is no entry of squirrels into the attic. A few days ago I received a report from my tenant again that the noises still continue so I contacted the company again. The secretary indicated that she would send two people to solve the problem once and for all, in the end they only sent one person again who claimed that he did not have insurance to go up on the roof to take care of this entry point and that they should send a contractor to take care of it. It's just not over! For more then six months I have been dealing with a problem that should have been resolved a long time ago. I paid them $500 for nothing ! ! ! This company has nothing to do with professionalism and service! I suggest everyone stay away from them.

I was advised to leave my house while they treated it. So, me & my animals left for 6 hours (recommend time frame). When I returned home my house wasn’t lock up! My front door stayed unlocked the whole 6 hours🤬. It cost me $1500.00 for this treatment & they didn’t have all the equipment to finish the job. It’s a week later & the job isn’t finished. My salesman (James) was super nice but feed me lies about how great the company is! James stop telling lies to make money! I had to call the office to make sure they will have what they need to finish the job when they return on Friday. They didn’t have any problems taking my money the same day they treated my house! They’re over the phone customer service sucks. Do better Inspect-all

Schedule termite service 2 1/2 weeks in advance from one to three on Tuesday, February 18. Got a text from the technician that he was running late and he’d be at my house at 3:15 even though they had a two hour window come 315 no-show tried to contact the company and their receptionist work from home and I was unable to contact the manager
