Did 20 min, can you believe it🤭 Going to purchase a cushion to keep Pushin 🤗🤗 I enjoy when I come to Just Fitness and when I see Eli and John, I know my work out is going to be great! They will explain anything briefly you don't understand! John turn me on to the L-Cartine and I'm hooked. Its a sweaty type of day!!

Andre was very engaging and helped me feel motivated to start! Would definitely recommend to others. He even gave me a protein drink (which wasn’t as horrible as I thought). Very knowledgeable especially for us first timers!
