When I called to make the appointment, it worked efficiently. And the day before the appointment, there was a call to confirm the appointment and they also managed to local to the proper specialist for me. It shows they organized the appointments very well. At the moment when I walked in the clinic I already liked it! The place is neat, cozy and designed elegantly. And the receptionists speak very good English which is super helpful! Doctor David is a very kind professional. He showed me where my problem is and gave his advice, and the advice is not based on the interest of their clinic but for the good of patients, which is highly appreciated. During the treatment process, he let me know every step of the purpose and made sure I feel comfortable with it. I decided to make it as my designated dental clinic in Lisbon!

I loved my treatment here, felt fully comfortable under the care of Dr. Shirin and Dr. Mariana, I would most definitely return, machines are state of the art and the advice and treatment given were thorough. I will always come back here for my dental care in Portugal , yes they are private but I would rather pay for high quality than risk poor treatment from public healthcare which has already happened to me prior.

Every time that I need anything, this is the place that I completely trust, really amazing professionals and the installations are top notch, of course that comes with a price but if you're looking to make a permanent "repair" you may trust that here is the best place to do it. I've went to so many different companies and Instituto de Implantologia is 1 of the 2 places that I personally trust completely. Lately I need to do again some canals (because on other places it not went the right way and got infected after some years) and was followed by doctor Shirin Behdad that was very nice and did everything in the way that I don't feel anything, for reconstructions Dr. Ricardo Pinto which is an amazing professional (he is the one that I usually schedule any appointment) and I truly trust his judgment. For regular cleanings and higiene I usually schedule with Dr. Sofia Fieis which is a kind person and already detected some issues (cavities or other possible problems) so that I can check with Dr. Ricardo what is the problem. The ladies from the reception (I'm really sorry never catch their names) are always very kind and prompt to help and guide anyway they can, as well as every doctor assistant (I'm sorry can't remember de names in particular as well). Of course that with great service has a cost and they don't have any insurance which is a downside but if you have the capacity it's the place to go! I much rather pay and never had to worry again, than go somewhere else and end here to fix what others did. Highly recommend Instituto de Implantologia
