It was the worst test I ever took. First of all I signed in for my test 25 to 30 minutes before and proctor website was so bad they wouldn't allow me to take test for 2 freaking hours at the end they had to use google chrome because their website is trash which caused me so much anxiety if I had failed the test that's because of delays caused by proctor website causing so much anxiety. The questions in the test were nowhere near explained in the online course, very poorly designed course if I had any questions you guys never picked up phone. How do you think someone will remember the 450-page book? This should have been an open book test. You guys only provided oap 1 in the test, and it is ridiculous that other material was not provided. This shows your online training and not providing supplemental material during test is a strategy to fail people on purpose who do online courses, and it is highly unethical, or should I say, a money grab.

Looks like their top priority for booking exam is for the students who bought their two week training program. For ppl who bought online learning, they don't even care when or where you are going to take your exam. For online learning options, there's not even a contact person to ask any questions, you are basically on your own. The textbook is full of typos and mistakes. Good luck if you bought the online learning option. PS. same thing, their staff never pick up the phone. Thanks for being supportive.

Deeply astonished by the continued support and I am very thankful to the team at IBAO who’s helped me with my RIBO level 1 exam. Wouldn’t have been able to get it started if it wasn’t for them. Thank you once again.
