They always did a good job. I will say that they were a little strict. I had trouble getting payment on auto pay with them for some reason. I always paid but was late a few times. They ended service with us and said they will never service our house again. Seems a little extreme but whatever. We paid them in full and went our separate ways. I would still recommend them.

Although unusual that we may need some extra attention in the home or on the lawn a technician will usually arrive same day. Integrity Pest Control keeps my family pest free on the inside and outside of my home. The office staff was very kind and informative when I called them. But the shining star that I must mention is our technician Orlando. He is the only technician I will allow in my home. He is trustworthy beyond measure! It’s hard to come by someone who not only has good manners and is punctual, but he is also really thorough at what he does! Answers any questions that we have and thoroughly explains everything that he is doing. He is respectful in the way that he takes off his shoes every time he comes in the house and not once have I asked him to do so. He is definitely an asset to Integrity Pest Control and should be given a raise!
