This company is a total mess and completely unprofessional, Especially the owner, Shiju, he is incredibly unprofessional. He add to the chaos and make the whole experience even worse. My experience with them has been a nightmare. I hired them for tax returns and bookkeeping, but they did absolutely nothing. After taking my money, they just disappeared—no updates, no follow-ups, nothing. They even messed up something as simple as creating proper invoice templates, which is shocking for a company in this field. To make matters worse, their sales team won’t leave me alone. Even though I already had a contract, I got bombarded with calls—sometimes multiple times a week—trying to pressure me into signing new contracts. The calls came from different Numbers. They promise a lot but never deliver. They’re unprofessional, unresponsive, and just plain frustrating. Save yourself the trouble and don’t waste your time or money with them.
