Location is great, lots to do in the area, and close to the amphitheater. When we booked my husband had added a request in the comments section and they accommodated. The bed sheet had a stain. The phone wasn't working so I had to go downstairs and ask for new sheets. They didn't offer to put them on for me and just handed them to me instead. The new sheet had a hole in them. The bathroom floor in our room was sticky and almost made me trip several times. The price and location was good, fairly clean over all. Just not sure I would book again.

Staff was friendly. Location was ready to get in and out. I liked the hot breakfast. Gym area was small, just one treadmill and one other machine, a stair climber or elliptical. Ultimately though, it's all about the room and how well I can sleep. Shower pressure was good. The bed was fine and I slept well, but all the pillows were lumpy. I didn't ask for a replacement pillow, but I never have understood why lumpy pillows don't get replaced.

Typical Hampton Inn experience with and elevated free breakfast from 6am to 10am. Large parking lot with free parking. Rooms were clean and the staff was super friendly. Breakfast was a bit more than I was expecting, you can tell they really care and try hard to provide an elevated experience. There were two waffle makers, multiple types of batter, sprinkles, lots of fruits, syrups and sauce toppings for waffles. Healthy options like oatmeal, two types of eggs, yogurts and several full fruit options. They also had biscuits and gravy, sausage and all the types of pastries/bagels. Great place to stop off on a road trip.

For me, the most important things in a hotel are soundproofing and cleanliness—and this place delivered on the first one perfectly. I asked for a room away from the highway (331), and I didn’t hear a single noise all night. No highway sounds, no hallway disturbances. It was amazing and made for a great night’s sleep. The room was generally clean, but I did notice the showerhead was quite dirty, possibly moldy, and the bathtub drained very slowly. I mentioned both issues to the front desk when checking out. The staff member said she’d pass the info along, but she wasn’t apologetic and didn’t seem particularly concerned, which was a bit disappointing. Also found a disposable cup that was dirty; plastic sleeve wasn't sealed. The second cup I opened was clean. See side by side pictures. Breakfast was adequate, and the dining area was spotless, which I appreciated. Overall, great for peace and quiet, but some room maintenance and better customer service would have made the stay even better.
