★☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional and Dishonest Behavior We had a terrible experience with this company and its owner, Ahmad. After ongoing issues with our AC, we purchased a brand-new compressor (from them) and hired our own licensed technician to install it. During the installation, our tech noticed oil leaking from the compressor itself—this caused repeated filter failures (we replaced the filter 3 times). When we identified the compressor as the issue, Ahmad sent his own technician. They spent less than 10 minutes checking and left without saying a word. Shortly after, Ahmad claimed the issue was not the compressor but our AC unit being “too old”—even though we already had evidence showing the compressor was the problem. We replaced the faulty compressor (again, from the same company), and now our AC is working perfectly fine. Clearly, the original compressor they sold us was defective. We had an agreement (verbally, over the phone) that if the compressor worked in our AC, that would prove the issue was with the compressor—not the unit. And i make also agreement to sign for both of us, and they refuse it. they said they have one word. Despite this, they refused to refund us, showing no accountability or professionalism. Ahmad simply said they would not return any money, and that was the end of it. This company seems to care only about money, not customer service or honesty. Avoid them at all costs. Karma is real—and it will catch up
