We have been with Arlene for many years when she first started her practice. She is kind, and takes the time needed to properly diagnose our concerns. She is thorough in her assessments and follow through. She specializes in women’s health, but still engages in family practice. We have also worked with her Office Administrator. She skilled in keeping appointments on time and follow ups scheduled. She is diligent, checking back with patients to see if all is well. We appreciate her follow through personal touch and expertise. I highly recommend this practice.

I originally went to Health and Vitality to get my hormones checked, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience.
