H KClean and the new owner is responsible for his service. Double the cost as compared to the previous owner had it but, some new work has been done, (not really necessary but it was done) however, the one good thing he took care of was, filling in the back area with rocks instead of, the grass that was in the back of the units. Now it's less likely to get stuck when it rains (gets rather muddy) and will hopefully, have better traction in the Winter months. He also made sure my unit was secured when I left one day and actually forgot to lock it, myself. Since I use two locks, he notified me that I had left it open and he had to cut one of them off on the handle (i always put them back on the handle when using the unit) and lock my unit with one of his. I contacted him back and he told me to give the number on the lock (etched on the lock) so he could send me the combo so I could replace the lock with my own. I put his lock where he told me to and all was good.
