Even though they were closing in 5 minutes when i walked in to acquire a storage unit they were extremely patient and friendly. They have 3 locations in town and were very helpful in giving me one that fit my needs and they asked me questions regarding size of truck and how much clearance i needed ( stuff i never thought about) etc so that i wouldn't have to lug my stuff a country mile. Then after I opened my new storage unit in the brand new facility I realized 1 unit would not be enough and noticed another next to mine that was still open. I called them ( after hours mind you ) and they let me go ahead and put stuff in it and even gave me another lock without doing paperwork that night after hours.. In my opinion their customer service is TOP NOTCH and ABOVE AND BEYOND any customer service you could expect. I am really impressed and extremely happy with their level of service and I highly recommend their storage facility for all your storage needs.
