Wonderful experience at a terrible time. I had severe pain. Was able to get evaluated and treated so quickly. My journey started in the ER and ended on the Med Surg floor. All the doctors and nurses were wonderful. They took such good care of me. I cannot recommend this hospital enough.

Sherry RN in pre-op was wonderful. She was so attentive to all of all of my needs and concerns. When there was difficulty in starting my IV, she enlisted the help of Dawson CRNA. I can not speak highly enough of his patience and dedication to his practice as I was difficult to find a vein on. I felt very comfortable and relaxed in there care during my surgery prep. I would highly recommend ISH for treatment of your medical needs. You will be treated like family and always in capable hands.

Coming through the west door to clinic, the woman at the reception desk (Friday July 11th) yesterday, was so kind and caring! I wish I'd caught her name. The offer to get a wheelchair, and use of her personal umbrella, was so appreciated! At real asset to ISH!

Very professional caring staff. -1 star just because of the waiting, spent most of my time there scrolling on my phone with an IV hooked up to nothing in my arm. Other than the long wait, absolutely exceptional experience. Smiles all around, very helpful people.
