He has the ability to help one identify root causes and patterns consistently across a wide range of themes in one's life. He has helped me understand myself and my relationship with people in my life in ways that have helped me cope well with different events, manage stressors and accept who I am. He's incredibly knowledgeable in several areas of existential philosophy and psychotherapy and is excellent at distilling concepts down in accessible ways. I always appreciate his keenness to help me not only achieve specific therapeutic outcomes but also to gain clarity on how they may come about. Above all, he's a great listener and honest reflector. He has an uncanny ability to cut through the noise and help one unpack subconscious pulls and yearnings that eventually promote real progress. Further, Damien offers as much as flexibility as he can in terms of scheduling and pricing. I've never had an issue with honestly communicating my needs to him and always feel supported through variations in my requirements. I cannot recommend Damien more highly.
