I came in with a mutilated toe. The doctor told me it needed stitches and injected me with numbing meds, looked at the X-ray and decided my toe wasn't broken and left the room. 5 days later... my toe didn't get stitches and my toe is infected. I have lost $1,000 being off this week and the terrible treatment I received from this hospital is the reason. If I lose my career/job, this hospital owes me millions

I received a THIRD letter about a THIRD incident (all three incidents were separate) where a third party was given access to my personal information via Iroquois Memorial Hospital, and has gotten it stolen. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL UNLESS YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT. Even then, all they can do is MAYBE give you blood transfusions, pain killers, and bandage you up while they wait for a real hospital to allow them to send a patient, and they WILL sell your information for profit while they wait for that approval. Not a single person on the board of this facility is worth a crap, and they sure as heck don't care about helping patients.

They refused to transport my disabled mother back to the nursing home based solely on the fact that she can sit up in a wheelchair. She requires a hoyer lift to be moved. If I could give them a 0 star review I would!!! I will never allow her or anyone else in my family to be transported there!! My recommendation is to go to Riverside, Carle, or Gibson City!!

Went back to the hospital and had the same doctor. I got upset with him and he was honest and I can tell he truly cares. Seth Perry was my physician. I honestly recommend him. He truly cares and wants to help. I don’t see a lot of good doctors like that anymore. Same with Zachary Isles he is another fantastic physician. They will do what it takes to help you.
