We had to book early to get in during the busy Christmas season, and it was perfect timing and so easy to work and communicate with Kelsea. She gave my dog an amazing bath that left him smelling like sugar cookies. My whole family even noted that he smelled so good and his typical shedding? Significantly reduced—she truly works wonders! Kelsea has an incredible ability to keep my dog calm and happy, even during the nail clipping (which is usually his least favorite part). She always showers him with love and cuddles, and I love that she treats every dog with the same care and respect, no matter the breed. Her professionalism, exceptional skills, and efficient service (without sacrificing quality) are why we happily make the trip from Sidney for every visit. Thank you, Kelsea, for always taking such great care of my little guy!
