Michael is our favorite technician for our quarterly service due to his congeniality. Today, however, he sprayed product all over our windows. This has never happened before and I’m not sure what prompted controlling insects in glass. To make it worse, i just had them cleaned and now i have to have them cleaned again ($) before family comes in for the holidays.

Mr. Roger came out and did a great job of educating my family on Pest Control and how to prevent and take care of current situations. Very nice and not pushy at all on making a quick decision to get some kind of great deal. Customer service was very good when he set everything up. Would recommend services to others

My details are weird, lol. I had initially contacted Berrett Pest Control late last year. I had cancelled my appointment due to Christmas and all that goes with that. Then yesterday noticed a leak under my kitchen sink so in need to address that issue before y'all can come out. I got with Josh both times and he was super nice about it.
