I have had two computers repaired here. One was a laptop and one was a desktop. Both experiences were fantastic and all the issues were explained in non-technical terms and he was excellent at presenting various solutions. Between my kids and my work and personal life, we have eight computers at my house and he is the first person I will call if I have something beyond my own technical skills that needs attention. Communication is fast and excellent!

My entire experience with Muhammad, from start to finish, was exceptional. He worked around my schedule, and was very patient. My laptop needed a new touch screen because mine was cracked. He sent me a picture and a link of what and where I could buy the parts along with a screen protector which he said he would install at NO CHARGE! My computer was dropped off to him this morning, and I picked it up on my way home from work. It looks like a brand new computer. I will be taking ALL of my electronics to him from now on. Before you take your electronics to any type of corporate store, give Muhammad a call first. You will not regret it.
