Failure on many levels. We took in an iPhone that had been dropped and gotten into salt water (we were on vacation). The back glass was broken and had a chunk missing. The phone was not connecting to wifi and we could not receive texts from anything other than another iPhone and could not call out. I asked the person working there for an estimate only of what it would cost to fix the phone. He asked me to leave it with him and he would call me in a couple of hours. When he called he told me the phone was fixed and it would cost $40. I was confused as I only asked for an estimate, so right there I was disappointed, but if it was fixed I would deal with it. I went back to the store, and he showed me that it had wifi and the texts and emails were coming through so I thought everything was ok. The back glass was still broken so I asked him to replace that for another $90. Two hours later I went back again, paid $143, and everything seemed to be fine. However, the next day problems started all over again. First, the ringer could not be turned off. In either switch position, you could hear rings and alerts. Second, it started showing SIM card errors .... major issue. Third, the screen now had bad pixels on the front (black spots) that were not there before. And two days later when we returned home from vacation, we got the "white screen of death) which can not be recovered by resetting the phone. Basically, the tech did enough to get a few bucks and get us out of the store the easiest way he knew how, did not do a full review or evaluation of the phone and the problems, provided a shoddy repair which left us with more problems than we had before, and had us pay for a new back screen on an unusable phone, thereby wasting our time and money. This place is a joke. DO NOT go there if you want any kind of quality service. I will now have to spend twice as much or more to get this done correctly.

Brought my IPhone in for back glass repair he didn’t have my color told me he would order it and call me the next day. Got the phone call the next day and had it fixed in a couple hours.

ITech repairs fixed my iPhone for me this morning. It had bad water damage and needed a screen replacement and I honestly thought I was going to need to get a new one. Thanks to ITech, I didn’t have to. They were very friendly, explained everything clearly, and got the job done fast. I paid a flat fee in cash and now I’m writing this review on my repaired phone. They completely turned my day around. Thank you guys!! Highly recommend using them and I will use them again for any future repairs.
