We had a great experience even though the outcome was not our choice and God decided it was my dad's time. I would recommend IU Health West Cancer Treatment Center and ICU.

I had my very first surgery yesterday and it was an urology procedure done yesterday By Dr. Courtney Yong, and could not recommend anyone else! She was so great and explained everything to me prior to surgery and made me feel at ease with everything. The anesthesiologist that was there, Dr Qian was also amazing! I talked to him before the procedure she such a great guy and very thorough. Great staff too! The GS nurse that I had was very attentive and super sweet! Definitely recommend this hospital

Very disappointed in the Doctors and Nurses in this hospital !! In the ER as well as when my daughter was admitted !!! Very unprofessional nurses and other staff!! Don’t even get me started on the janitorial/ housekeeping! It was awful My daughter has been in this room since Monday morning and it is now wednesday night. They have been asked by 2 different nurses to come in because there is throw up on floor and to change sheets. Have not been in here yet. It’s been 5 hours! I will be finding someone in charge of that department when I leave!! This place is actually horrible and need to hire new staff for that department!!!!! There is a lot more problems with their housekeeping but don’t want to keep writing. Any questions please contact me and I will fill you in on the reason for 1 star rating There is just too many reasons why!!!!!! If I knew how to post pictures on here You would see what I’m talking about as far as janitorial service!!!!

Went in to the ER at night for what is most likely a UTI because urgent care was closed. They were more worried about my heart rate being high… I have tachycardia and I’m stressed out because I potentially have a UTI. I have had them before and I know how my body reacts. I refused an EKG several times and it felt as if they almost weren’t giving me a choice. They kept ignoring my concerns. Staff never introduced themselves and were extremely rude to me so I snapped back. The doctor never even came out. After looking at my chart, I saw that the names of the people who provided this awful care to me were named Sydney Richards and Matthew Petruso. This is actually ridiculous. I left without antibiotics after signing a refusal of care form. Update: They lied on my medical chart about the verbiage I used. They wrote in my chart that I said I took my ADHD medication before arrival. I said I took my other medications (AND I listed all of them) earlier in the day… but they only heard that I took my ADHD medication and added that I took it AT NIGHT before my visit…? It’s a STIMULANT… NEVER go to this hospital.
