Adding my review from my personal account instead of my work account: Called DoorServ at first repair my garage door that my wife had accidentally backed into and bent the lower door panel. Service person was nice and polite, but there was zero attempt at any repairs because it was "too old". I was told I need a whole new door, new track and new springs and was quoted $3800 and it would take 2-3 weeks to come in. Danielle from J&B called me back when they opened and was able to send Chester out, who came out later in the day, and was able to repair the "beyond repairable" lower panel, straighten the hinges and parts, and put it all back together in less than 2 hours!!! I'm grateful I didn't stop at my first option, as I'd be without a functional garage until mid July still. Thanks Danielle and Chester!

This is a wonderful company to work with. I would advise calling them before anyone else. I thought I was going to have to replace my whole door, but Jeremy came in and explained that I wouldn't have to and did a full service on my current garage door. It is now completely silent and it has never been that quiet before. They were wonderful to work with from the first phone call. I will definitely use them for any of my garage door needs going forward.
