How likely is it that a contractor would help you when there’s no possibility he’ll get the work? One in a million, right? Well, Bill is that one in a million contractor. I own a condo with a balcony I must maintain using the contractor of the association’s choice. Was all the work quoted needed? Was the price fair? Bill came to my assistance with information on costs and best materials and also pointed out a troublesome clause needing clarification. On another matter, he advised me how hitting the reset button might fix my garbage disposal. With the benefit of information from Bill, it turned out I felt basically satisfied with the association’s contractor. I was so impressed with Bill, I’ve asked him to do some interior improvements. These thankfully are not the domain of the bylaws. I highly recommend Bill.

Bill is amazing! He was highly recommended on our community website and he did not disappoint! We needed 3 ceiling fans hung and he gave us a great price! He found a defect in one of the fans we bought so we had to replace it. He quickly fit us in and came back a few days later to hang the new fan. Bill is very knowledgeable, does great work and works quickly. We found a great handyman that we will definitely use again and a new friend!

What an excellent experience! Bill is very knowledgeable, personable and a true expert at his craft! I really appreciated how he explained what he was thinking and showed us ways to make our new electric fireplace concept even better. He got here right on time and went straight to work. He even did most of the work on the frame at his place cutting down on noise and dust. His price was reasonable and he was very easy to schedule with.
