Jackman recently completed the renovation of our main floor and upper floor. The main floor was a complete reno including kitchen demo and new custom kitchen, floors, trim, and painting. The upper floor included carpet removal and relacement with LVP and repainting. Dina and I are very happy with the results!! Nathan and Amber helped put substance around our ideas at the start. Paul and his team expertly managed the work, coordinating smoothly with all the trades. Reggie, Jamie and Ben went out of their way many times to minimize disruption and help us to stay relaxed during the work. Emails and queries during the work were always responded to promptly. We would not hesitate to work with the Jackman team again or to recommend Jackman to anyone thinking about a renovation project. Many thanks to the Jackman team. Jackman did a basement renovation & addition for us, turning it from a dingy, semi-finished space into a completely re-vamped basement suite with a separate entrance. They were great to work with from quoting to construction to finishings and billing. I had a lot of really specific requests and they made my vision come to life, plus educated me when there was something I didn't understand. The timeline took significantly longer than was quoted, but it always does and I wouldn't trade the beautiful quality of the final product that Jackman delivered for an earlier finish. The couple sub-contractors they work with were all great. The Jackman team went above and beyond to help rectify some errors from suppliers, which I was really grateful for. They also heard my feedback on where process could've been improved. They also are my HEROES because we had a sewage backup from a tree root blockage into the basement shortly before the project was wrapped up and they coordinated the clean up, excavation, pipe replacement, and materials replacements (flooring, trim, etc.). They did this FAST and so professionally, even jumping to come over to our house on Super Bowl Sunday to begin the clean up immediately to ensure the damage didn't spread. Jackman have done 2-3 renovations for my in-laws as well and the quality of those projects is truly stunning, too. Thanks, Jackman Team, for everything!

We decided to renovate the upstairs of our raised bungalow of our 59-year-old home. This home had gone through many DIY’s projects. The major reason for the renovation was to raise the ceiling from 7’4” with a very ugly ceiling. We met with Nathan and Amber to make a wish list of what we were thinking. We quickly learned the term “It’s only a line item add.” We had many line items as we did our walk through and a few more after as we progressed through the project. We can only say great things about our project team! We were kept well informed as the project moved through the many stages from tear-out to completion. The tradespeople were very skilled and friendly. The transformation is unbelievable! We have loved talking about our renovation but more importantly how great the Jackman Crew is to work with.
