I cannot recommend Horizon Plumbing and especially Ufuk highly enough. He came out late on a Sunday evening to deal with an urgent leak coming from the flat above mine, and was incredibly professional, calm, and efficient. He identified and fixed the problem straight away, and then, also helped me with a separate issue with my radiator — even though it was a totally different job. He worked quickly, explained everything clearly, and was so considerate throughout. When I asked where to send payment, he even refused, which is unheard of these days. Truly exceptional service and such a kind, genuine person. I have absolutely found my plumber for life — if you need someone trustworthy, skilled, and genuinely caring, look no further.
