Hands down the only dealership I’ll take my Tundra to for service! Trevor (Assistant Service Manager) and Cody (Shop Tech) are knowledgeable, friendly and full of integrity and character! They completed an extensive repair on my truck after a significant crash that totaled my rear axel and right side suspension. They found issues other shops hadn’t and determined expensive repairs estimated by other shops weren’t needed. They are “old school” character rich hard workers finding savings for customers instead of charging high $ for services not actually needed. So impressed with them I will be buying all future Toyota’s from this dealership and we’re a Toyota only family!

I was in the market for a Toyota 4Runner Off-Road in a specific color. I knew what I wanted and knew what I was willing to pay. January 14th I sent identical messages to 5 Toyota dealers from Norman to Stillwater laying out what I wanted and asking for an out the door price with no dealer added features. All the dealers replied. Most said they didn't have what I wanted and tried to upsell to the next higher trim package. Some started playing the "Let me check with my manager" games over text and email. Justin M at Janzen Toyota in Stillwater replied asking if it was OK to communicate by text with an option to opt out. Once I accepted, Justin found a vehicle at an out of state dealer matching what I asked for, sent a more than acceptable price with ZERO games and ZERO drama. I confirmed everything and he gave me what I needed in writing without hesitation. He took a deposit over the phone and let me know he'd get the car ordered. Justin kept me apprised of where the vehicle was and about when to expect delivery. He set an expectation for Late January. Meanwhile he worked with the finance dept. on my behalf letting them know how much I was going to put down and beating the APR my bank gave me. The vehicle arrived early and I went to Stillwater to take delivery. Justin met me at the door, took me to an indoor area to do initial vehicle inspection, then we went for a drive so Justin could point out some of the vehicle features. We arrived back at the dealer and Justin helped me setup the Toyota app and get my phone connected to the car. We went back inside and Justin passed me off to Daniel to finalize the purchase. Daniel in Finance didn't bother with any "protection package" sales pressure. He did mention that I might consider buying a package that will cover the electronic components after the manufacturer's warranty expires, but said "you have years to get that done." ZERO pressure. He had the paperwork in order and ready to go. A few signatures and a few initials and the financing was done and I was headed out the door. Grant, the Sales Manager came out to thank me for the business and assure me if I had any questions or concerns he or Justin would be there for me. At different times of the sales process I mentioned to Justin, Daniel and Grant how much I appreciated the straight forward no pressure sales process. They all said "well, that's how it should be. Buying a car shouldn't be difficult." Janzen Toyota, specifically Justin under-promised and over-delivered at every step of the sales process. If you're in the market for a Toyota, go to Janzen and ask for Justin M. You'll be in good hands.
