Pathetic, imagine having a haircut in 5 mins. They don’t even do the basics, forget about styling. I feel like my haircut isn’t even complete, the front is not even levelled. On one side the hair is short, and the other side it is as it is, the same length before the cut. Deeply saddening how these people are spoiling the name of such reputed franchise. Shame, highly advisable to not visit this place

I am a regular customer at the Charni Road branch and traveled all the way from Dadar. Mr. Fahim was very unprofessional and rude, and it’s clear he doesn’t know his job. He ruined my hair and then suggested I iron it at home. If I have to do that myself, why am I even visiting the salon and paying for your services? This was my last visit. It was the worst experience. My haircut doesn’t look like it was done —he simply shortened my hair without any proper styling. He didn’t even blow dry properly. I will not visit again. If this level of service continues, they may have to shut their doors soon.

Their stylist don’t seem efficient in the work.. they literally convince you to try such a haircut which requires minimum efforts and time.. he literally chopped off my long hair and my haircut was finished in just 3 minutes..and later he tried to convince me it’s looking nice and brought in another of hairdressers to convince me that the haircut was good .. totally unprofessional uncouth staff.. I guess this is not Javed habibs actual standards and they r running it on his name is what I feel..
