This store has great individuals from manager Timothy on down. Every individual has a great attitude from the gm to the cashies. I have a medical condition that causes me to need to ride mobility devices, I have systemic lupus, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, complex regional pain syndrome also known as suicide disease, peripheral neuropathy, and lock knee syndrome, which makes it hard for me to ride an electric shopping cart because my knee will lock out in a bent position, this even happens while in a vehicle and I have an electric skateboard and a trailer that attaches to it for my service dog and to put bags on. The store management is very welcoming to that and helps me where I need the help. All of the boards have lights and reflective markers that help others see us for safety reasons.

I've been a JAX customer for 20+ years. Unfortunately, after my last Broomfield location experience... I'm done spending my money here. The brands they carry are quality brands, the selection has slowly decreased, but the customer service is terrible. My experience over the last couple of years has been a steady decline in customer service. Employees act annoyed when asked a question (I must be interrupting their social time with other workers). The Stihl section is the worst. But Archery is a close second. This used to be a cool place to go. But now JAX has nothing to offer. Incompetent employees, high prices, terrible service. There are better shops on the front range for Hunting and Fishing, Ranch and Pet supplies, and Camping and Hiking. A quick search online and you will also find better prices. No wonder JAX Broomfield is usually empty.

No wonder JAX Broomfield is usually empty.

Either they have a company policy of never letting a guest go unacknowledged, because numerous times (no less than 10x) throughout our browsing we were checked on; or they thought we were shoplifting. Call them friendly and helpful for the upside on that. Huge selection of products, everyone ready to help. Not too amazing of sales this moment.
