I recently sold my home with Jay Thomas and the experience from listing to closing was quick and seamless. We went over the CMA that he provides at the initial meetup and it is very detailed. From there, we came up with a plan to list the home on the market and he provides great marketing features for your home (3D tours, aerial views and photos of nearby attractions). He also provides a scheduling service that notifies you when potential buyers are interested in viewing your home. With all of these resources, I got an offer that was agreed on in the first week!
