We had our front and back locks replaced by Jason, and he was absolutely fantastic. He completed the job within an hour of my first contacting him. He immediately identified a major flaw in our previous front-door lock and advised us to switch to a safer style. He also fixed a back-door handle that had been stuck for ages. Jason was patient, explained everything clearly, and his pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

I found Jason via Google and the huge number of 5 star reviews he has - well here's another one! Jason replaced one broken lock and fitted a new lever set to an existing Chubb lock - providing 3 keys for each. He clearly explained what he was doing and answered my questions. The bill was very fair for the time and care that had been taken on the job. A lovely chap with a very calm presence. Highly recommended!

Jason was very quick to get round to me in an emergency. The latch on my Yale lock had broken. He was round within 40 minutes and managed to get us in without any damage! Can’t help but feel that in a situation like this so many locksmiths would just take the easy route and drill through the lock then charge a fortune for the small job. Not Jason. He clearly takes pride in his ability to do a good job. His out of hours price was very reasonable too. Couldn’t recommend JC locksmiths more! Thank you.
