I bought a clasp for my gold necklace that was suppose to be really durable. They mentioned my previous clasp was cheap and didnt hold too well for the past years. They had highly recommended this gold clasp will not break so easily. 2 months later and my clasp broke suddenly while I was sitting in a hot tub The clasp broke into 2 pieces, it doesn't look like it broke from being pulled from the necklace, rather it looked like it was a manufacturer error. I go back to the store and they were shocked at how the clasp broke and said they had never seen a clasp break in this manner. I explained to them I had never seen this happen either and that this product must've been faulty for it to be gold and breaking only after two months. Their solution to the issue was to sell me a clasp that was SILVER for even more than what I bought the gold clasp for!! The short chubby lady with glasses proceeded to tell her other co workers to forget about my issue and went on to ignore me while I was explaining the situation. 1. Poor quality products that will scam you for your money. 2. Extremely poor customer service by the short chubby lady with glasses. 3. Expensive jewelery that they advertise will not break but will. 4. No effort whatsoever to resolve the situation!! Please do not shop here. It will encourage people buying poor products at an expensive price. STAY AWAY!!!

I visited many jewelers and never felt comfortable with any of them until I met Bowie at JCY Jewellery at Pacific Mall. I was greeted immediately and never once pushy, he patiently walked me through the whole process and educated me on important characteristics of a stone in order to make an informed decision. After understanding what I needed, he transferred a variety of different stones to his store for me to have a look and compare. Again spending considerable amount of time educating me about the stones, he was attentive, personable and never pressured me into making any decisions . I was able to choose a beautiful stone on a customized setting. His services were excellent that I have already recommended two family members to visit, of which have all purchased items from them.

I was introduced to JCY Jewellery about a year ago and since then my fiancé and I have visited on mulitple occasions. The store manager, Bowie, is very knowledgable and often will provide us with ideas and suggestions to help guide our purchases. The staff are also very welcoming. Post-sale services are awesome. We've introduced a few friends since and would not hesitate to recommend Bowie again.

Had our wedding rings custom made at this location. The service was excellent! Staff (Bowie) was very friendly and our rings were very reasonablely priced. The rings was ready within its ETA and in great condition. Highly recommended if you are looking at getting your rings custom made with your own design! 😊
