I was greeted right away when I walked in. I described what I was looking for to Gigi and she told me there was nothing available in person that met my requirements and requests so she recommended a custom made ring. She went over all the details patiently and tailored everything to my requests. The details were done first shot, first visit. The ring was made and ready to be picked up within a week. I was amazed when I picked it up. It was better than I expected. Good quality craftsmanship. Look stunning. I was very pleased. Overall experience was top notch.
