Hot water tank was leaking. Didn't know how to deal with that, and I wasn't nearby when it happened. Started getting stressed thinking about all the things I don't know: Damage to my unit? Damage to the unit below? What do I look for when shopping for a new tank? How do I transport it? Will it fit in my sedan? What do I do with the old tank? How do I connect the pipes? I have no training as a plumber, so will I do it right? What tools do I need? What about the electrical connection? Are there other factors I'm not thinking of? Instead of trying to figure it out and do it myself, I PLACED MY TRUST IN JDK. THAT WAS THE RIGHT DECISION. I don't need to know how to do everything; that's what experts are for, especially in an emergency like a water leak. And I think JDK are experts. Thanks for taking care of me, JDK, and putting my mind at ease.
