I'm currently working on a complex case with Dr. Richard Curtis. If I have to be stuck with anyone on it, I'm grateful it's him. He is a good listener and seems genuinely interested in finding solutions. I definitely pay the billable, but his sense of humor is free.

Just to be clear I give the doctors and the nurses 5 stars they do an amazing job at the clinic and Sarah Brecount is amazing! Nancy Cox is absolutely amazing as well. As far as being a patient, I believe when we are trying to give you our insurance information to be added that it’s not okay for you to set it up as self pay because you can’t get the eligibility to verify. Also when we want to talk to a live person from the hospital about our billing situations and we can’t talk to anyone except the third party billing company that only deals with patient balances nothing else, by far that is ridiculous. That’s bad for patients to experience. We already have to pay out of pocket expenses on visits and also we have to pay facility fees that have nothing to do with patient care the least you can do is have a department that can answer patients billing questions and with dignity and respect. Thank you!

Same day surgery was a fantastic experience here. Staff is super nice, and very attentive. The building and surgical/recovery areas sre immaculately clean. They do everything possible to make the best of the surgical experience.
