Exceptional customer service! Micah is a customer service master. I am so astounded to find his generous smile and efficient check in. The room was nice but I struggled with the mini fridge in the cabinet. Very hot water and nice, clean shower. There was a full size tub. Calls to the front desk for coffee was promptly delivered. Thanks for a comfortable stay. See you next time.

It was an older, but decent hotel. Good location downtown. Max line 2 blocks away, so that's great for commuting to and from the airport. The hotel is older but maintained pretty well. The Alder restaurant has a nice happy hour every day and food is quite good. Restaurant and hotel staff were friendly and willingly helpful.

Great staff let me hide in the lobby for a while, even gave me a cherry coke and a snack. Clean environment, friendly folk, and a good spot in the city for a fun trip. I recommend every time!

Great location, super friendly staff, and clean & updated rooms. We had a view of the New Year’s Eve light show from our room which was icing on the cake!
