Had the need to visit this location for advise on a ring I own. After losing a substantial amount of weight I needed advise on how to fit my ring. After discussion it was recommended I use a ring guard. I have some more weight to lose and they recommended I use the guard until such times I am finished my weight journey then have the ring resized. No judgement only advise. The team (Husna, Alex and Zally were professional, friendly and very informative. As a bonus, my ring was inspected and cleaned as well. They even went as far as to inspect and cleaned my mother’s ring (she was with me). Highly recommended this store and their amazing staff.

Came here two weeks ago to size a ring after the manager I bought it from said that is not a problem as I wanted to surprise my girlfriend for Christmas. Some girl named Salim and associates who clearly don’t know their job, policy, or even about jewelry In general said they couldn’t take it back due to scratches when my lady has had the ring for 14 days… They were quick to take my money but couldn’t take the ring back. I wasn’t informed of anything like that at the time of purchase. Fast forward they simply just had to send it back and polish it size it and resell but they’re a bunch of lazy women in there who are just there by the hour collecting their change and being extremely rude with their customers. Mississauga Branch took the ring back with no issues understanding the whole issue and process leaving us happy and satisfied with our BURLINGTON LOCATION purchase. Avoid this store at all cost.

Looks like something is up with scratched jewelry that they won’t take back! Got a ring from there and went to return it. Didn’t notice any scratches on it. Salima who said she was the “manager” was extremely rude and refused to take it back plus she was clearly power tripping. Ridiculous. We’ve also purchased thousands of dollars there for our wedding rings and other jewelry. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS STORE. THEY ARE THIEVES!
