Dislodged the circuit board on my freezer due to using a large brush and being too aggressive. The lady I called was extremely friendly and helpful explaining the booking procedure and confirmation. The engineer arrived on time and was extremely friendly and obviously experienced and efficient! Thankyou for sorting my freezer and what a pleasure it has been dealing with your company

Washing machine was shorting the house, Jamie was able to attend very quickly, identified it was not a fault with the machine but with the socket and plug which he replaced, got everything back up and working. Extremely knowledgeable, completely trust these guys and their craftsmanship, arrived at time stated, friendly and explained what the problem was immediately. Highly recommend this company to everyone, thank you so much the fab service.

Excellent service. Jamie was very knowledgeable and friendly. He identified the fault quickly and had the parts with him so was able to fix the machine there and then. Dishwasher was up and running and kitchen left clean and tidy as if he had never been there. Price as quoted + parts excellent value for money. Would thoroughly recommend.

I called JJK domestics out, Jamie came to view our integrated fridge freezer on 9th August He advised that the fridge section was no longer working and a new fridge freezer was required. This was quoted at £691.18, including fitting. Jamie advised it would be a couple of days maximum, I stressed that we needed it ASAP, as obviously living without a functioning fridge is impossible. Unfortunately Jamie cancelled on numerous occasions as apparently the fridge that he ordered wasn't available 😕. I must stress that I also had to pay in advance and became increasingly frustrated as Jamie kept cancelling. My husband even contacted Jamie as after 11 days, still no fridge! He eventually turned up today, but didn't arrive in the scheduled time, therefore I wasn't at home. Once installation was completed today, Jamie was even going to leave all of the packing from the new fridge for us to dispose of? We simply didn't have the capacity. All in all, I'm very unimpressed with the service I received, especially having paid almost £700 upfront and no discount offered for the huge delay!
