My son and I and have shopped in this store on two different occasions and were followed as if we were going to steal. The first time, my son paid for his own things (spending over $60) and yesterday, I paid, and were treated as if we were shoplifters both times. As we observed the different body oils located in the front of the store, one of the employees stood directly behind us while speaking in his native language to the other two men that work there and all three pairs of their eyes were on us. We walked over to the locked jewelry case and received the same treatment. The guy walked over to where we has moved by the jewelry case and proceeded to continuously watch us. We were in front of the store in plain sight, directly in front of them, observing the oils and couldn’t get anything out of the case without them unlocking it with their keys so I don’t understand the reason for them treating us that way. I do understand that some people do steal, but NOT everyone that comes into their store are thieves. They should learn better customer service skills and be more courteous, or not place their establishments in urban communities. I love the different selections of oils that the store sells. I bought 6 oils yesterday and 9 last week, but will unfortunately not be back. I will shop at Elegant Beauty Supplies or Beauty Depot where I’m treated as a paying customer and not a suspected shoplifter.

I called their phone number politely asking for assistance on locating their physical address. I was curious to know if they had multiple store locations because I had never shopped here before. Gentlemen stated the phone number was corporate. Rushed me off the phone, dismissed me and provided very poor basic customer service skills. it’s 2025 i’m not spending money where I’m not treated properly anymore. I went somewhere else in Tampa

They have everything here. I got some good Peruvian bundles. I bought a rollerball perfume I was looking all over for and their baccarat type one really does give baccarat. They’re very helpful and I got welcoming vibes from the guys I interacted with.

I litterally love this beauty supply store!! They are respectful, affordable and have great quality items I’m not even from here and I travel just to go to their establishment 10/10 for sure!!
