I recently had an extremely disappointing and unsettling experience at this store. During my visit, I was subjected to racial profiling by staff, which was not only uncomfortable but downright discriminatory. Despite having done nothing to warrant such treatment, I was treated with suspicion simply because of my race. I was continuously followed and there was times where one out of the TWO people who were following me would just stare and watch me shop. which was extremely uncomfortable. It’s incredibly disheartening to see such behavior in a professional setting, especially from a company that should be upholding values of inclusivity, equality, and respect for all customers. This kind of treatment undermines trust and creates an atmosphere of fear and discomfort for people of color. Let people shop in peace! not everyone steals.
